First of the Video called "Change is n the Air" is a reference to them revealing the Antichrist as a Savior to the World after the same people have created War, Famine and Equality which will be increased before the False Christ`s False Resurrection. This is to put the world in a state of hurt that they will be in extreme need of a messiah.
Towards the 54 Second mark of the video the images speed up and it is Impossible to visually see any Images at its normal speed. I have slowed this Video down using movie maker. Im sure you can use any media playing software to do this.
This Image shows up showing a Tall Pail skinned guy wearing a crown looking very happy with himself. Also there are 3 other beings which are not smiling.
He also is wearing a Crown symbolising his reign as King. When William becomes King he will sit on the Throne of David that the Queen currently sits on. His Crown has 10 spikes. What is very interesting is that the Kingdom that will be given to William V (New World Government, The whole Pyramid power structure of the Freemasons) will have 10 main leaders. These will answer direct to him but have control over the entire Kingdom This is referred to in both Daniel and Revelation as the 10 horns which the Beast has.
Daniel Chapter 7
Sinilar to Revelation Daniel refers to the Antichrist King as a Fourth Beast. Revelation only mentions One Beast which is Alive, Dead, and then Alive again.
Daniel 7:
3 And four great beasts came up from
the sea, diverse one from another.
4 The first was like a lion,
and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the
wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand
upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it.

The meaning of the beasts?Daniel 7:
17 These great beasts, which are four,
are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth.
19 Then I would know the truth of the fourth beast,
which was diverse from all the others, exceeding dreadful, whose teeth
were of iron, and his nails of brass; which devoured, brake in pieces, and
stamped the residue with his feet;

Where did the 10 horn (New World Government) come from?
Revelation tells us that the Dragon (Satan) will possess the 10 horns first.
Revelation 12:3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.
Later, when the Beast (False Christ) rises from Dead claiming to be God. The Dragon/Satan (Obama) will hand over the New World Government (10 horns) to the Beast/Antichrist (William).
Revelation 13:2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.

In this Video close to the start just after we see the backside of the Crown to confirm that the crown had 10 horns. There appears to be a engraven image of William being made with his Crown on his head. I believe this is a symbol refering to the Image of the Antichrist that will be created by the False Prophet and Last Pope Francis. He makes people worship in front of this image, there fore doing a great sin and also pledging allegiance to the False They will even threaten death for any dissidence.
Revelation 13:
14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
