WORRIED??? EARTHQUAKES HITTING ISRAEL..







Total of 11 earthquakes in northern Israel over 24 hour period; Epicenter at Sea of Galilee region; No damages reported.




A minor earthquake was felt in northern Israel early Thursday morning, one of several reported earthquakes over 24 hours.


A total of 11 minor earthquakes were reported since Wednesday night. The earthquakes were reported mainly around its epicenter, the Sea of Galilee region, and further north. The last earthquake was measured at 3.8 on the Richter scale. Two earthquakes prior were higher on the scale, one at 4.2 and one at 3.8.


There were no damages reported from the minor earthquakes.


Similar earthquake patterns occurred in October 2013 over the course of a month. In November of 2017, there was a 7.3 magnitude earthquake on the Iraq-Iran border. The quake was felt through out the region, from Kuwait to Tel Aviv. A year prior, an earthquake at 3.6 was reported in northern Israel.
