Group led by former Likud MK who survived an assassination attempt worships openly on Temple Mount in remembrance of slain conservative influencer: ‘We are here to pray’
An eclectic mix of Jews and Christians visited the Temple Mount on Wednesday afternoon to sing and pray in remembrance of American conservative influencer Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated last week.
The dozens of worshipers were led throughout the Temple Mount complex by former Likud lawmaker Yehuda Glick, a longtime advocate for Jewish prayer at the flashpoint site, who himself was the target of an assassination attempt over a decade ago.
